The mission of Mailbox Money is to address the affordable housing crisis by developing innovative, high-quality, and wellness-focused multi-family real estate made possible by investments to the projects by people local to the Sioux Falls area.

Dusten discusses how he got started in the world of multi-family development and commercial real estate syndications. His story starts with getting arrested for drug dealing while attending college at South Dakota State University.

From prison, to co-owning a roofing company, to starting a housing development company, Dusten’s had a few monumental steps in his career that led him to creating Mailbox Money.
