Born and raised in Sioux Falls, Tamien found himself seeking change for himself and his community after dealing with depression and racism as a teenager. After leaving his corporate job as a credit card collector, he founded Think 3D in 2016 with his friend Vaney Hariri. Over the past decade of Think 3D Solutions, Tamien has set and accomplished huge goals and impacted thousands of lives through his clients, philanthropy, sitting on boards, and creating new business ventures.
As he explains in this episode, he is fueled by leaning on his life experiences to create change and leave the world better than he found it, whether that's in Sioux Falls, South Dakota, or across the globe with his next project in Africa.
